We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented **Front Desk Receptionist** with experience in the medical or healthcare field to join our Admin Team.

Position Summary

We are looking for a **Arabic Speaking Receptionist** to be the first point of contact for our organization.

The ideal candidate should be friendly, well-presented, and capable of handling front desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
  • Support Admin and other departments with clerical tasks when required.
  • Ensure visitor logs and access procedures are followed for security purposes.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School diploma or Bachelor's in any field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting).
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English is mandatory.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
  • Presentable, polite, reliable, and customer-oriented.
