Role overview

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, respond to product and service inquiries, prepare quotes, explain options, and support sales decisions.
• Check in vehicles by gathering mileage, tire condition, and service details outdoors in all weather.
• Use internal systems to look up parts, pricing, and availability; prepare invoices and process transactions accurately.
• Answer calls, book appointments, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe; coordinate with the shop team for a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous customer service and sales experience.
• Automotive interest, tire or basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup experience is an asset.
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather; ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required.
• Strong communication, a customer-first approach, multitasking ability, teamwork, and commitment to safe work.
• Valid driver's license is an asset.

Compensation

• Hourly wage is $18.86.

Schedule

• Shifts are scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
• Store hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–9:00 PM, and Saturday to Sunday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Store location

• Store K745 is at 12330 Symons Valley Road NW, Calgary, Alberta.
• The role includes vehicle check-ins outdoors in all weather.
