The Front Counter Sales Representative is the store's first point of contact, helping customers select products and services and supporting store operations.
The opportunity may be permanent or temporary with full-time hours for the contract, depending on the candidate's preference.
Location and working conditions
- Store locations are across the Greater Toronto Area; the posting names Vaughan, Etobicoke, and Mississauga.
- Vehicle check-ins take place outdoors in all weather. Store hours vary by location; shifts may include weekends.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with product and service inquiries; prepare quotes, explain options, and support sales decisions.
- Check in vehicles outdoors, recording mileage, tire condition, and service details.
- Look up parts, prices, and availability; prepare invoices and process transactions accurately.
- Answer calls, book appointments, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and work with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous customer service and sales experience.
- Automotive interest; tire knowledge, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup experience is an asset.
- Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions; strong communication and a practical, customer-first approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required.
- A valid driver's license is an asset; candidates should be team-oriented and committed to working safely.
Compensation
- Hourly wage is $19.56.
Schedule and training
- Shifts are scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends; hours vary by location.
- Multiple training dates start October 10, 2026.
