Front Counter Sales Representative

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer product and service inquiries, prepare quotes, explain options, and support sales decisions.
• Complete outdoor vehicle check-ins in all weather, recording mileage, tire condition, and service details.
• Use internal systems to look up parts, pricing, and availability; prepare invoices and process transactions accurately.
• Answer calls, book appointments, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment and coordinate with the shop team.

Requirements

• Previous customer service and sales experience.
• Automotive interest; tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset.
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a practical, customer-first approach; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license is an asset; ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required; team-oriented and committed to working safely.

Compensation and benefits

• Hourly wage is $19.56.

Schedule and hiring

• Shifts are scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends; hours vary by location.
• Multiple training dates start October 7.
