Front Counter Sales Representative

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product and service inquiries.
• Prepare quotes, explain options, and support sales decisions.
• Complete outdoor vehicle check-ins in all weather, gathering mileage, tire condition, and service details.
• Look up parts, pricing, and availability using internal systems.
• Prepare invoices and process transactions accurately.
• Answer calls, book appointments, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous customer service and sales experience.
• Automotive interest or knowledge, such as tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup, is an asset.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a practical, customer-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license is an asset.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required.
• Team-oriented and committed to working safely.

Compensation

• Hourly wage: $18.86.

Store details

• Locations are across Edmonton; candidates are considered for one location at a time.
• Hours vary by location. Shifts fall within store operating hours and may include weekends.
• Multiple training dates start September 14.
