Role

The Front Counter Sales Representative is the first point of contact in the store, helping customers choose products and services while supporting a consistent customer experience.

This is a temporary position with full-time hours for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist with product and service inquiries; prepare quotes and explain options.
  • Complete vehicle check-ins outdoors in all weather, recording mileage, tire condition, and service details.
  • Look up parts, pricing, and availability; prepare invoices and process transactions accurately.
  • Answer calls, book appointments, and maintain customer records.
  • Keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe, and coordinate with the shop team.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service and sales experience.
  • Automotive interest is expected; tire, basic vehicle, or parts knowledge is an asset.
  • Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather; strong communication and customer-first approach.
  • Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment, lift 30–50 lbs as required, and work safely as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's license is an asset.

Pay and Offer

  • Hourly wage is $18.86.
  • The role offers hands-on customer service and automotive sales experience in a supportive team environment.

Schedule

  • Shifts are scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.

Store Details

  • The position is store-based in Calgary, Alberta; vehicle check-ins may take place outdoors.
  • Candidates are considered for one location at a time and are asked to apply to no more than two locations.
