Front Counter Sales Representative

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product and service inquiries.
• Prepare quotes, explain options clearly, and support sales decisions.
• Complete outdoor vehicle check-ins in all weather, recording mileage, tire condition, and service details.
• Look up parts, pricing, and availability using internal systems.
• Prepare invoices and process transactions accurately.
• Answer calls, book appointments, and maintain customer records.
• Keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe; coordinate with the shop team for a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous customer service and sales experience.
• Automotive interest is expected; tire knowledge, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset.
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills, a practical customer-first approach, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license is an asset; ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required.
• Team-oriented approach and commitment to safe work.
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada.

Compensation

• Hourly wage is $18.86.

Workplace and schedule

• The role includes in-store customer service and outdoor vehicle check-ins.
• Shifts fall within store operating hours and may include weekends.
