Role overview

Front Counter Sales Representative serves as the store's first point of contact, helping customers select products and services.

Temporary position with full-time hours for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, handle product and service inquiries, prepare quotes, explain options, and support sales decisions.
  • Complete outdoor vehicle check-ins, recording mileage, tire condition, and service details.
  • Look up parts, pricing, and availability; prepare invoices and process transactions accurately.
  • Answer calls, book appointments, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, safe environment and coordinate with the shop team.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service and sales experience.
  • Automotive interest or knowledge of tires, basic vehicle information, or parts lookup is an asset.
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Strong communication, customer-first approach, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license is an asset; ability to lift 30–50 lbs as required.
  • Team-oriented and committed to working safely.

Compensation

  • Hourly wage is $18.86.

Schedule

  • Shifts are scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.

Workplace

  • Store-based role in Calgary, with vehicle check-ins performed outdoors in all weather.
  • The posting lists store locations across northwest, northeast, southwest, and southeast Calgary.
