Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated **Fresh ITI/Diploma candidates** to join our Projects Team as Project Coordinator Trainees.
The candidate will assist in coordinating Survey and site activities, maintain project records, and ensure smooth communication between the office and site teams.
Key Responsibilitiesproject Coordination
- Assist in planning and coordinating project activities.
- Follow up on project schedules and daily site progress.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, technicians, and suppliers.
- Support project execution to meet deadlines.
Site Support
- Visit project sites as required.
- Assist in site measurements and inspections.
- Monitor road marking and traffic signage installation activities.
- Report site progress and issues to management.
Documentation
- Maintain project files and records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Update project tracking sheets and work schedules.
- Maintain material and manpower records.
Material Coordination
- Coordinate with stores for material availability.
- Track material deliveries to project sites.
- Maintain inventory and material usage records.
Safety & Quality
- Follow company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Report unsafe conditions and quality concerns.
- Assist in quality inspections and project handovers.
Communication
- Coordinate with internal departments and site teams.
- Attend project meetings and maintain meeting records.
- Provide project status updates when required.
- Pay: Up to AED1,400.00 per month
