- 2+ years of freight brokerage, carrier sales, or account management experience required.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of freight brokerage, carrier sales, or account management experience required.
- Experience providing freight brokerage services within the auto industry strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to independently move freight and manage multiple customer accounts in a brokerage environment.
- Experience quoting customer pricing and negotiating carrier rates.

Responsibilities
- Manage customer freight from tender through final delivery while ensuring exceptional service.
- Quote competitive freight rates to customers based on current market conditions and capacity.
- Source and secure qualified carrier partners through relationship building and strategic carrier procurement.
- Negotiate carrier rates while balancing profitability and service expectations.
- Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery, proactively communicating updates, delays, and solutions to customers.
- Enter and manage load information within our proprietary transportation management system (TMS).
- Maintain accurate shipment documentation and ensure all required paperwork is completed.
- Build long-term relationships with both customers and carrier partners to create repeat business and dependable capacity.
- Partner with Sales and Operations teams to develop creative transportation solutions and resolve service issues.
- Identify opportunities to increase margins while maintaining outstanding customer service.
- Utilize load boards and industry tools as one component of sourcing capacity while prioritizing relationship-driven carrier partnerships.
