About This Role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Personnel to join our hypermarket team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, maintain product displays, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are properly displayed
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
- Support cashiering duties when required
- Ensure proper labeling and pricing of all items
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in retail or sales (hypermarket experience is an advantage)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with working shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of inventory and merchandising
- Presentable and professional appearance
Pay: QAR2,600.00 - QAR2,800.00 per month
Work Location: In person
