Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Accountant to manage payroll, employee financial records, and HR-related accounting tasks.
The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in salary processing, compliance with company policies, and coordination between the HR and Finance departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, including overtime, deductions, and benefits
- Maintain employee records related to salaries, allowances, and leave balances
- Handle end-of-service benefits, final settlements, and gratuity calculations
- Coordinate with HR for employee data updates (new hires, resignations, terminations)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Prepare payroll reports and assist in financial reporting
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting of employee costs
- Manage WPS (Wage Protection System) and bank transfers if applicable
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in payroll or HR accounting
- Knowledge of labor laws and payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
- Good communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in GCC payroll processing
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
