About This Role
Job Description:
We are looking for a presentable and customer-oriented Sales Lady to join our gift shop/luxury retail team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and promoting high-quality products in a professional and elegant manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide product recommendations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience
- Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Achieve sales targets and promote featured products
- Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in gift shops or luxury brands
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance
- Strong sales and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus)
Pay: QAR2,600.00 - QAR2,800.00 per month
Work Location: In person
