- This is a UAE Freelance Contract position.
- **20% Commission Only (No Fixed Salary)**
- **This is NOT a salaried employment position.**
- **Applicants MUST already have their own valid UAE residence visa. Visa sponsorship is not provided for this freelance contract.**
- Opportunity to transition into a full-time salaried position based on performance and business needs.
- Please apply only if you are comfortable working on a commission-only freelance basis and already have your own UAE residence visa.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and close new business for our creative agency.
You'll work directly with the CEO to grow our client portfolio while earning
20% commission on every successful sale.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads.
- Pitch our branding, marketing, and creative services.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Close deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain your sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Minimum
- 2 years of sales experience
- .
- **1–2 years of experience in a marketing, branding, advertising, creative, or digital agency is a plus.**
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- English required (Arabic is a plus).
- **Must already hold your own valid UAE residence visa and be legally able to work under a freelance contract.**
