- Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with a strong focus on minimalism and precise information hierarchy

- Enforce a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate meets creative style across all deliverables
- Execute formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks
- Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma
- Ability to translate complex data and multi level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling
- Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations
- English proficiency: Upper intermediate (B2) or above
- Portfolio featuring high end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization

About the Role
- Mindrift is looking for a highly skilled Presentation Designer to join the Tendem project and drive specialized storytelling workflows within our hybrid AI + human system.
- In this role, you'll collaborate with Tendem Agents that handle repetitive tasks, while you provide the critical thinking, domain expertise, and formatting skills necessary to deliver beautifully designed, high stakes presentations.
- This part time remote opportunity is ideal for creative professionals with hands on experience in visual communications, information design, and storytelling.

- Typography & animation: Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables.
- English proficiency: Upper intermediate (B2) or above (required).
- Hands on experience creating high end, premium corporate meets creative style layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and absolute commitment to visual perfectness.
- Self directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently.
- Your CV must include a link to your portfolio featuring high end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization.
Additional Information
- Project time expectations: For this project, tasks are estimated to require around 10–20 hours per week during active phases.
- Compensation: On this project, contributors can earn up to $45 per hour equivalent, depending on their level and pace of contribution.
