- Elevate presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and perfect visual consistency
- Enforce a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate meets creative style across all deliverables
- Execute formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks
- Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, minimalist visual storytelling
- Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations
- Upper intermediate (B2) or above English proficiency
- Portfolio featuring high end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus

About the Role
- Mindrift is looking for a highly skilled Presentation Designer to join the Tendem project and drive specialized storytelling workflows within a hybrid AI + human system.
- This part time remote opportunity is ideal for creative professionals with hands on experience in visual communications, information design, and storytelling.
- As a Presentation Designer, you will focus on storytelling and visual hierarchy, turning raw data and narratives into compelling, highly persuasive slides and one pagers.

- Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with a strong focus on minimalism and precise information hierarchy.
- Elevate presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and perfect visual consistency.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is desirable.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus.
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks.
- Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma to create custom graphics and layouts.
- Ability to translate complex data and multi level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling.
- Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables.
- Upper intermediate (B2) or above English proficiency (required).
- Hands on experience creating high end, premium corporate meets creative style layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and absolute commitment to visual perfectness.
- Self directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently.
- Your CV must include a link to your portfolio featuring high end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization.
Compensation
- Contributors can earn up to $45 per hour equivalent, depending on their level and pace of contribution.
- Compensation varies across projects depending on scope, complexity, and required expertise.
Project Time Expectations
- Tasks are estimated to require around 10–20 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements.
- This is an estimate, not a guaranteed workload, and applies only while the project is active.
