Freelance House Manager & Accountant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with the family once a week to review household requirements.
• Prepare a weekly plan for groceries, supplies, and other household needs.
• Develop a weekly expense forecast and budget.
• Track actual household expenses and compare them against the planned budget.
• Maintain organized financial records and reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Identify opportunities to optimize household spending and improve cost efficiency.
• Coordinate and follow up on household-related purchases and requirements.
• Provide weekly financial summaries and recommendations.

Requirements

• Must hold a certificate, diploma, or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (required).
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Previous experience in accounting, administration, office management, or household management is preferred.
• Trustworthy, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.

Work Schedule

• Freelance position.
• One visit per week (approximately 4–6 hours, depending on requirements).
