Position overview

The Raytheon Vision Systems FP&A team seeks an FP&A Inventory Analyst to support inventory financial management.

Raytheon Vision Systems is part of Raytheon's Space, Imaging & Microelectronics organization.

What you will do

  • Support financial activities for RVS inventory accounts and coordinate with Accounting and functional managers on account compliance.
  • Apply accounting principles; monitor inventory account balances and conduct monthly and quarterly liquidation activities.
  • Prepare business cases for additional material purchases and support the FP&A team with ad hoc assignments.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of relevant financial experience, or an advanced degree and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience planning and managing daily tasks, analyzing financial data, preparing results, and recommending solutions to management.
  • Experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for financial analysis, documentation, reporting, and presentations.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate across functions, and communicate in writing and verbally.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience using SAP financial systems.
  • Experience working with Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead teams, self-manage workload, prioritize, and synthesize information for decisions.

Work arrangement

  • The role is designated remote and employees work primarily offsite from home.
  • A manager may discuss some onsite presence if an employee lives within a reasonable commute of an RTX site.
  • Candidates may be asked to attend selected interview steps in person.

Compensation

  • The stated salary range is $68,900–$131,100; the range is an estimate covering multiple experience levels.
