FP&A Analyst

About This Role

Bring your energy to Aggreko as FP&A Analyst, based in Jebel Ali. You’ll support the financial performance of our Manufacturing & Service facility, producing high‑quality reporting and insight that strengthens decision‑making across the site.

What you’ll do as Finance Analyst:

• Maintain accurate financial records and deliver monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and performance commentary
• Support the Commercial Finance Business Partner with meaningful insights, not just reporting — interrogate, challenge, and help drive the right decisions
• Manage fixed assets, monitor capex, and oversee cost accounting and inventory processes
• Lead and coordinate budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and the 5‑year planning cycle
• Handle ad‑hoc analysis requests (e.g., build vs supply chain) and partner with operational teams across Jebel Ali
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring strong financial control and compliance

You are:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Highly proficient in ERP systems (M3, Tagetik, Basware) and advanced Excel
• Strong in financial processes, accounting principles, and internal controls
• Able to partner confidently with stakeholders
• Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership, and is comfortable interrogating data and challenging assumptions
