Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard introducing brokers, affiliates, and retail clients; generate leads through online communities, events, referrals, and networks.
- Explain trading platforms, account types, instruments, copy trading, and other offerings; guide clients through account opening and funding.
- Achieve monthly funded-account and trading-volume targets and maintain long-term client and introducing broker relationships.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and relevant regulation; coordinate campaigns and lead conversion with internal teams.
- Maintain CRM records and represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in forex sales, introducing broker management, or financial services.
- An existing client network or affiliate following is essential.
- Strong knowledge of forex markets, MT5, and trading products including copy trading and PAMM.
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills; self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Work arrangement
- The role may be on-site or remote depending on location.
