- Supervise daily construction site operations
- Coordinate and manage construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications
- Monitor project progress and meet deadlines
- Enforce safety procedures and site regulations
- Inspect quality of work and resolve site issues
- Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to workers
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
- Maintain site discipline and productivity
- Communicate with project managers and engineers
- Report daily progress and site updates
- Manage material deliveries and site inventory
- Ensure compliance with company policies and construction standards
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- High school diploma or technical certification in construction or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role
- Minimum 5+ years of construction site experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- Good understanding of safety regulations and site safety practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills
