The employer is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise construction site activities.
The role requires 3–5 years of experience and focuses on safe, efficient work completed to project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and coordinate workers and subcontractors.
- Read and interpret shop and construction drawings; ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Plan and monitor daily progress to meet project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and the project management team.
- Maintain site safety, enforce safety regulations, and resolve site issues.
- Monitor materials, manpower, and equipment usage.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman and experience managing construction site operations.
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings.
- Knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A driving license is required; the posting says applicants without one should not apply.
Preferred experience and languages
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Hindi and English communication skills are preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000–4,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in Abu Dhabi.
