The employer is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise construction site activities.
The role requires safe, efficient, and specification-compliant completion of site work.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site activities.
- Lead and coordinate workers and subcontractors on site.
- Read and interpret shop drawings and construction drawings.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Plan and monitor daily work progress to meet project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and the project management team.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve site issues efficiently.
- Monitor materials, manpower, and equipment usage.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman.
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing construction site operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000–4,000 per month.
Work Location
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires in-person work.
- A driving license is required according to the application screening statement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hindi language ability is preferred.
- Foreman experience of three years is listed as preferred in the source.
