What you will do
- Find and qualify homeowners, landlords, property managers, developers, and businesses that need renovation or fit-out.
- Build referrals with brokers, facility managers, and interior designers; book and attend site visits with the technical team.
- Present quotations, follow up, close contracts, and keep leads registered and updated in the company tracker.
Commission and bonus
- Commission is 5% of the collected value of each closed contract, paid as the client pays.
- A bonus of AED 15,000 is offered upon reaching AED 750,000 collected in a quarter.
