Foreman

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors at the construction site.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Allocate manpower and materials according to daily work requirements.
• Monitor work progress and ensure activities meet the project schedule.
• Coordinate with engineers and workers to avoid conflicts and delays.
• Identify site issues and technical problems and report them to the Site Engineer.
• Coordinate inspections and testing of completed work with engineers and consultants.
• Maintain safe working conditions in the work area.
• Prepare daily progress updates covering manpower, materials, and work status.
• Ensure work is completed within required time, quality, and safety standards.
• Follow company policies, project procedures, and UAE health and safety requirements.

Workplace

• Work is performed in person at a construction site in Dubai.
