Support daily dining operations, customer requests, meal service, cleanliness, and a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with dining requirements and requests; respond professionally to basic inquiries.
- Coordinate food and beverage orders with the kitchen and help distribute meals accurately.
- Prepare tables, clear tables, and keep dining areas clean and organized.
- Follow food hygiene, workplace safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with team members and perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant hospitality, catering, or food service experience is preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; professional, polite, and presentable attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and willingness to support varied daily service activities.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness practices.
