Supports daily food service operations by serving customers, maintaining the dining area, and assisting the food service team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them politely and professionally.
- Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
- Set up and clear tables; maintain clean, organized service areas.
- Answer menu-related questions and coordinate order requirements with kitchen staff.
- Check that orders are correct and served on time.
- Handle basic requests and report issues to the supervisor.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service procedures; assist with routine food service duties.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant food service, hospitality, or similar experience.
- Good communication and customer-service skills; ability to work as part of a team.
- Polite, professional, and presentable approach; able to work efficiently in a busy service environment.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and service practices.
