Amazonico London is searching for an energetic and passionate Food Runner to help deliver world-class service and support the guest journey in the heart of Mayfair.

Located on the iconic Berkeley Square, Amazonico brings the vibrant spirit of Latin America to life, where immersive dining, a lively atmosphere, and luxury hospitality meet in a world-class setting.

As a Food Runner at Amazonico, you’ll be essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of food from the kitchen to guests with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. You’ll work closely with the floor team and kitchen to help maintain the highest levels of service.

You will:

Deliver food to guests promptly, ensuring presentation and accuracy

Support the waitstaff to ensure seamless guest service

Communicate clearly with both kitchen and floor teams

Maintain cleanliness and readiness in service areas and stations

Have strong attention to detail and take pride in presentation

Be proactive in helping the team during busy service times

Follow and uphold Amazonico service standards at all times

Previous experience in a premium or high-volume hospitality venue (preferred but not essential)

A confident, energetic, and professional attitude

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure

A hands-on, proactive approach and willingness to learn
