Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Food Products Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote food products within the restaurant industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food trends, restaurant operations, and customer behavior, along with the ability to create impactful campaigns that drive product adoption and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies targeting restaurants, cafés, and food service businesses
  • Promote food products (e.g., ingredients, ready-made items, sauces, beverages) to restaurant clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning
  • Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support client acquisition
  • Build and maintain relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, and procurement managers
  • Plan and execute product launches, tastings, and promotional events
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, menus, digital content, and social media campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights
  • Stay updated on food industry trends, regulations, and consumer demands
  • Work closely with product development teams to align offerings with market needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing within the food, FMCG, or restaurant sector
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and food products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail

Skills

  • Experience working with restaurant chains or food distributors
  • Knowledge of branding and product positioning in the food industry
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with local food regulations and market dynamics
