- So we’re searching for a Sales Manager with a passion for building relationships and driving sales to help us fill our rooms, meeting spaces, and banquet halls.
- A little taste of your day-to-day:
- Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Managing daily sales activities and achieving individual sales targets
- Identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships
- Promoting guest rooms, meeting facilities, and banquet services to maximize revenue
- Preparing sales proposals, conducting site inspections, and negotiating contracts
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Producing and reviewing sales reports to monitor performance
What We Need From You
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field
- Two or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales environment
- Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required
- Must speak local language(s)
- Other languages preferred
