- InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina, featuring 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event spaces, and a variety of restaurants & bars.
- With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.
- Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Provide administrative support for all Food & Beverages operations, including both Kitchen and Service teams.
- Coordinate and maintain departmental documentation, reports, records, and filing systems.
- Prepare and submit payroll by verifying attendance, timesheets, overtime, leave, and other payroll-related information for all F&B colleagues.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation, training records, and other employee-related administration.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, presentations, and departmental statistics as required.
- Liaise with all related departments to ensure smooth operational coordination.
- Monitor office supplies, raise purchase requests, and support inventory and stock administration when required.
- Arrange departmental meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and administrative procedures.

- Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:
- Minimum 1-2 years in a similar admin role within a luxury hotel or upscale dining environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-focused mindset.
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations.
- Passionate about hospitality, with a keen eye for detail and a heart for people.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
