Responsibilities
- Assist running the kitchen operation.
- Ensure excellent quality throughout
- Bring creativity to the food
- Assist in planning production to facilitate daily requirements
- Assist in developing appropriate seasonal menu offerings
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
Requirements And Skills
- This role is offered on a contractual basis and has the potential for extension as required
- A minimum of 5 years as Commi Experience with high volume food production
- Good communication skills, with Positive attitude
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent grooming & hygiene standards
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Dedicated to the delivery of exceptional service and continuous improvement
