The Food and Beverage Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to guests in a timely and efficient manner.

This role supports the service team by ensuring accuracy, presentation, and prompt delivery, contributing to a smooth and high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver food and beverages to guests quickly and accurately, following service standards
  • Ensure all orders are complete, correctly presented, and match guest requests before delivery
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to coordinate timely service
  • Assist in clearing tables and resetting them as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and running areas
  • Support waitstaff and bartenders during busy service periods
  • Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards
  • Handle guest interactions politely and professionally when delivering orders
  • Assist with basic setup and preparation tasks as required
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred but not required
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
