Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Manager to oversee daily operations of our café.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service, maintain high standards of food quality, and lead a motivated team to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day F&B operations, including staffing, inventory, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor food quality and service standards to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to maintain a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with management to plan menus, promotions, and special events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proven track record of managing budgets, costs, and operational efficiency.
