Food and Beverage Supervisor role overseeing daily banquet operations and guest experiences at Hilton.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute events in food and beverage outlets, including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, receptions, and galas.
- Oversee function-room setup and ensure linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware meet event specifications and quality standards.
- Communicate event specifications, procedures, and updates to relevant Food and Beverage teams.
- Oversee event breakdown and ensure equipment is stored correctly for subsequent events.
- Schedule, supervise, coach, and recognize the Food and Beverage team.
- Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness compliance.
- Deliver friendly guest interactions and look for ways to make the guest experience special.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate leadership, integrity, teamwork, ownership, and accountability.
- Bring a friendly, upbeat approach to guest interactions and proactively improve the guest experience.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
