Hilton is seeking an HVAC Supervisor to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the daily operations of building maintenance and repairs, with a focus on HVAC systems. The supervisor will ensure the physical building and its systems are maintained to a high standard, contributing to guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop maintenance team members, providing training, scheduling, and support to ensure quality work.
- Support the maintenance of the physical building, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
- Assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks, ensuring thorough documentation in the property management system.
- Supervise external contractors and inspect completed work for quality and compliance standards.
- Ensure prompt and efficient responses to maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations.
- Conduct scheduled and ad hoc maintenance, including planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and service requests, to keep hotel fixtures and fittings in safe condition.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role requires individuals who demonstrate a commitment to hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, and ownership. A focus on delivering timely and disciplined work is also essential.
