Develop and implement marketing strategies for the company’s food products to increase sales, strengthen brand awareness, and expand market share.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the company’s food products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities.
- Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales to achieve targets and promotional goals.
- Organize product promotions, in-store activations, and marketing events.
- Monitor market product performance and analyze sales reports.
- Support new product launches and develop marketing plans.
- Maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products and marketing strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven marketing experience in FMCG or the food industry.
- Three years of FMCG marketing experience in the UAE is required.
- A driving license is required.

- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Strategic thinking, market analysis, creativity, time management, and team collaboration.
Compensation
- Full-time role paying AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
