The employer is hiring an experienced Chocolate Spread Production Chef and Production Line Supervisor for a food manufacturing facility in Dubai.
The role focuses on industrial production of hazelnut chocolate spread, pistachio cream, and similar spreadable chocolate products.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE food manufacturing industry is required.
- Proven experience with chocolate spread, hazelnut cream, pistachio cream, nut butter, or similar products is required.
- Strong practical knowledge of recipes, formulations, and industrial production processes is required.
- Experience operating or supervising mixing, processing, and filling machinery is required.
- Previous UAE factory production experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with 1 ton per day or similar production lines is advantageous.
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements is required.
- The role requires troubleshooting production and product-quality problems.
- Relevant machinery includes mixing, processing, and filling equipment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, prepare, and maintain production recipes and formulations.
- Manage production from raw material preparation through final filling and packing.
- Control mixing time, temperature, viscosity, texture, and consistency.
- Conduct in-process and finished-product quality checks.
- Maintain batch records, production reports, and recipe documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, and R&D teams.
- Supervise production workers and enforce GMP, hygiene, and food-safety procedures.
- Support new product development and recipe improvement when required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 4,500 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person at a food manufacturing facility.
