WE ARE HIRING – FM SUPERVISOR (FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR)
**Location:** Dubai, UAE
Join our team and oversee the day-to-day facilities management operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Supervise daily facilities management operations across assigned sites.
✔ Monitor and coordinate maintenance, cleaning, security, and other support services.
✔ Manage and supervise site staff, technicians, and service teams.
✔ Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities are maintained to company standards.
✔ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
✔ Respond to client requests, complaints, and operational issues in a timely manner.
✔ Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of site personnel.
✔ Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
✔ Maintain records, prepare reports, and submit operational updates to management.
✔ Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment, tools, and materials.
Requirements
✔ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, or a similar supervisory role.
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔ Good knowledge of FM operations, maintenance processes, and safety regulations.
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
✔ UAE Driving License is preferred.
