**Location:** Dubai, UAE

Position: Customer Service / Client Relations Executive – Housekeeping Services
Key Responsibilities
✔ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding housekeeping service inquiries and requests.
✔ Manage customer bookings, service schedules, and follow-up communications.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
✔ Handle customer complaints, concerns, and service feedback professionally and efficiently.
✔ Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors and operational teams to ensure timely service delivery.
✔ Conduct regular client follow-ups to monitor service quality and satisfaction.
✔ Prepare customer service reports and maintain accurate client records.
✔ Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and service quality.
✔ Support business growth through client retention and referral initiatives.
Requirements
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Client Relations, Hospitality, Housekeeping Services, or a related field.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Strong customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
✔ Ability to manage multiple client requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
✔ Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
✔ Experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, facilities management, or hospitality is an advantage.
✔ Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
