FM Coordinator

WE ARE HIRING – FM COORDINATOR (FACILITIES MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR)

Join our team and support the efficient coordination of facilities management operations while ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

✔ Coordinate daily facilities management activities and service requests.

✔ Schedule and dispatch technicians, cleaners, and support staff to assigned sites.

✔ Monitor work orders, maintenance requests, and service completion status.

✔ Maintain accurate records of attendance, schedules, and operational reports.

✔ Communicate with clients regarding service requests, updates, and feedback.

✔ Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

✔ Ensure timely escalation of operational issues to management.

✔ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

✔ Maintain inventory records and coordinate procurement requests when required.

✔ Support compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and client requirements.

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in Facilities Management, Maintenance Coordination, Operations Coordination, Customer Service, or a related field.

✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

✔ Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

✔ Experience with CAFM systems or maintenance management software is an advantage.

✔ Knowledge of UAE FM industry practices is preferred.
