The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the floor, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining service standards, and supporting the team to deliver high-quality customer experience.
The role includes supervising staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring that all operational procedures are followed.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Assign tasks and monitor staff performance during shifts.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the work area.
- Support and guide team members in their daily duties.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Ensure service standards and company policies are followed at all times.
- Assist in managing staff rotations and shift coverage.
- Report operational issues, incidents, and daily updates to management.
- Support training and onboarding of new staff when required.
- Step in to assist operational staff during busy periods.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring proper stock control and timely replenishment of supplies.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.
