Finance Lead

Job Description**

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and track performance against financial targets.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate and manage external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures.
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support senior management with financial planning, business forecasting, and investment evaluations.
• Lead and mentor finance team members, ensuring high performance and professional development.
• Monitor costs and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings.
• Collaborate with department heads to support budgeting, procurement, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of bank accounts, balance sheets, and financial records.
• Prepare financial presentations and reports for executive management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, processes, and reporting tools.
