Overview
Our client, a premier automotive leader in Qatar, is looking for a strategic
Head of Fleet Sales
to spearhead B2B operations and drive large-scale revenue growth through corporate and government partnerships.
Core Focus
- **Strategy & Growth:**
- Design and execute high-level corporate sales strategies to capture market share.
- **Relationship Management:**
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with government bodies, large enterprises, and SMEs.
- **Operational Excellence:**
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation and complex negotiations to logistics coordination and after-sales satisfaction.
- **Leadership:**
- Manage and mentor a team of Sales Consultants and support staff.
Key Requirements
- **Experience:**
- 15+ years of professional experience, with a heavy focus on
- Automotive B2B/Fleet management
- .
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
- **Skills:**
- Expertise in CRM systems, sales analytics, and high-stakes negotiation.
- **Language:**
- Fluency in
- English and Arabic
- is highly preferred.
- **Location:**
- Based in Doha; deep knowledge of the
- GCC market
- is essential.
