Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven **Fleet Sales Executive** to join our automotive sales team.

The ideal candidate should have **2–3 years of experience in the UAE automotive market**, specifically in fleet or B2B sales, and a strong ability to build and maintain corporate client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities within the corporate and fleet segment
  • Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, and government accounts
  • Achieve monthly and annual fleet sales targets
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and customized fleet solutions
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery with operations, logistics, and aftersales teams
  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline accurately
  • Participate in tenders, bids, and corporate negotiations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • **2–3 years of UAE experience in automotive fleet sales or B2B sales (mandatory)**
  • Strong knowledge of UAE automotive and fleet market
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets
  • Valid UAE driving license is required
  • Strong relationship-building and customer management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
