Job Description

The Fleet Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in the automotive industry, responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key clients within the fleet market.

This position demands exceptional sales acumen, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships that drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the fleet sales market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential fleet clients.
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations to prospective and current clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain client satisfaction post-sale.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategic sales campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide detailed and precise reports on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Work closely with the operations team for seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients.
  • Stay informed about new automotive products, solutions, and industry innovations.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of competitors' products and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and prospects.
