Fleet Operations Assistant
Elite Motion Car Rental LLC - Dubai, UAE
About Us
Growing luxury & SUV rental fleet (7 → 100+ cars).
All-first team, hands-on culture.
The role
Handle car handovers, inspections, and daily fleet logistics across Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect cars to/from clients
- Inspect vehicles before/after rental, log condition with photos
- Coordinate washing, fueling, maintenance, workshop visits
- Update fleet status in Google Sheets and WhatsApp
- Handle client paperwork (contracts, ID, deposits via POS)
- Track GPS, fines, Salik
- Must have
- 2+ years car rental operations experience in UAE
- UAE driving license, clean record
- Basic English
- Smartphone fluent: WhatsApp, Google Sheets, photos
- Reliable, presentable, punctual
- Available 6 days/week
- Nice to have
- Curiosity about AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) — we'll teach you
- Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Urdu
- Familiar with Dubai workshops
