The role
Replace traditional accounting with automated workflows. You’ll own the books AND build the systems that run them.
Responsibilities
- Daily bookkeeping in Xero (ledgers, reconciliation, cash flow, P&L)
- Manage payments, deposits, ADCB POS, supplier invoices
- Build automations with Make.com / n8n / Zapier connecting Xero, Navotar, Dubizzle, WhatsApp, Telr, DocuSign
- Vibe-code internal tools using Claude / Cursor / ChatGPT (dashboards, reports, scrapers, mini-apps — no CS degree required, just shipping)
- Set up AI chatbots (Manychat, Tidio) for lead handling
- Generate monthly investor-ready financial reports
- Eliminate manual data entry wherever possible
Must have
- 3+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Hands-on Xero (or QuickBooks willing to switch)
- Proven AI-tool usage: built at least one working automation or app with LLM assistance — show us
- Comfortable with APIs, JSON, basic Python or JavaScript via AI co-pilot
- Fluent English, based in Dubai or relocating
- UAE accounting/VAT knowledge
Nice to have
- Car rental / fleet industry experience
- Navotar, Rentman, or similar RMS
- SQL, Google Sheets scripting
- Experience scaling startup back-office
