Job Summary
The Coordinator - Fleet is responsible for coordinating daily fleet operations to ensure vehicle availability, compliance, and efficient last-mile delivery performance in line with operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate daily vehicle deployment and availability
- Track vehicle movement, utilization, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with drivers for routes, attendance, and assignments
- Ensure timely vehicle servicing, maintenance, and documentation renewal
- Maintain fleet records including insurance, registration, and permits
- Create and generate reports
- Knowledge of data analysis and KPIs preferable
- Reports breakdowns, delays, and operational issues to management
- Support compliance with safety, RTA, and company policies.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in fleet or transport operations
- Basic knowledge of UAE roads, fleet compliance, and vehicle documentation
- Working knowledge of tracking systems
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in logistics, last-mile, or cold-chain operations preferred.
