Overview
We are seeking an exceptional
Fleet Executive Director
to lead the strategic and operational management of one of the largest fleet operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This executive role is responsible for driving operational excellence, digital transformation, governance, commercial performance, and sustainable growth while maximizing fleet utilization and business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall fleet strategy and operational performance.
- Oversee fleet operations, maintenance, procurement, spare parts, and warehouse functions.
- Manage fleet lifecycle from acquisition through disposal.
- Lead supplier management, contract negotiations, and tendering processes.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and data-driven decision making.
- Develop budgets, optimize operational costs, and improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with governance, quality, health & safety standards.
- Build high-performing leadership teams and succession plans.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Professional certifications in Project Management, Supply Chain, or Fleet Management are considered an advantage.
- Minimum
- 12 years
- of experience in Fleet Management, Transportation, Logistics, or Vehicle Leasing.
- At least
- 8 years
- in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale fleet operations.
- Strong background in contracts, procurement, supplier management, and digital transformation.
